Day 01 Delhi - Kathmandu

Welcome to Kingdom of Nepal! Kathmandu is the official capital of Nepal and the largest city of Nepal. It is a mixture of modern and the traditional. You can enjoy the craftsmanship of the lovely wooden carved buildings, the magnificent stupas, and the lovely friendly folks. It feels the beginning of China and ending of India or vice versa! Kathmandu is blessed by a Living Goddess and endless ceremonial processions.    

Morning, you will be assisted to checkout and then transferred to the airport to board the fight to Kathmandu.
Upon arrival meeting and assistance at the airport and then you will be taken to the Hotel (Hotel Check in Time at 1200 Hours Noon). After some rest , visit the famous Swyambhuanth Stupa.

Swayambhunath, this is one of the worlds most glorious Buddhist Chaityas. It is said to be 2000 years old. The Chaityas which forms the main structure , is made of a solid hemisphere of brick and clay supporting a lofty comical spiral capped by a pinnacle of copper gilt. Painted on the four sides of the spiral are the all seeing eyes of the Lord Buddha. It is three KM west of Kathmandu City and is situated on a hillock about 77Mts. above the sea level of the Valley. This hill is a mosaic of small Chaityas and pagoda temples.Listed as a world heritage site, this is one of the world's most glorious Buddhist sites in Nepal.

Day 02 Kathmandu


Morning have breakfast at hotel and then depart for sightseeing of Pashupatinath temple & Boudhnath Stupa.
Pashupatinath  Situated five KM east of Kathmandu on the banks of the sacred Bagmati river, the temple of Lord Shiva. Pasupatinath with two tiered golden roof is famous for its superb architecture. It is a center of annual pilgrimage on the day of Maha Shivaratri. Entrance to this temple precinct is permitted to the Hindus only, however visitors can clearly see the temple and the activities performed in the temple premises from the eastern bank of the Bagmati River and watch the activities inside the temple. Here one can also witness the Cremations taking places of dead bodies of Hindus.

Boudhnath: (Khasti or Dew Drops) Lying some 6 km to the east of Kathmandu, this colossal and ancient stupa is one of the biggest in the world, and the largest in the valley. A world heritage site, Bouddhnath is supposed to have been built by using dew to mix the mortar as Kathmandu was reeling under a severe drought during its construction. The stupa looms 36 meters high and presents one of the most fascinating specimens of stupa design. Boudhanath epitomizes Tibetan Buddhism.

After a nice lunch in the lovely environs , enjoy the sightseeing tour of Kathmandu City .

Kathmandu City sightseeing tour visiting the Durbar square, Hanuman Dhoka, the ancient royal residential quarter, Mahadev and Parvati temple, Machhender Bahl-Holy place for the Buddhists and Hindus, temple house of Kumari, the vestal virgin or the living goddess.

Day 03 Kathmandu
 

One of the most exciting things to experience in Nepal is to take the Mountain Flight to see the Himalayan Ranges and to see the MT. EVEREST!!This flighseeing experience is one of its kind and it is what it takes to make this Nepalese experience. This is an optional tour. (If you want it you must pre book it. You must carry your passport for boarding).

Early morning depart for the airport to board the early morning flight to the mountains. Announcements of flight to Pokhara, Jomsom and other seats and voila then there is the announcement for boarding for the mountains.....gives the goose pimples! Everyone gets a window seat!!!

One minute.......you must have the camera and mobile completely charged for the one in a lifetime experience!!!
Then return to the hotel for breakfast and then relax for some time.

Then drive to the Patan Darbar Square.

Patan Darbar Square is located about 5 km south of Kathmandu in the Kathmandu Valley on the banks of the Bagmati River, Patan is one of 3 royal cities in the valley. The others are Kathmandu and Bhaktapur.

Evening free to explore on own - area, buy souvenirs , or relax for some time.

Day 04 Kathmandu - Pokhara

Pokhara valley is a scenic 6-7-hour mountainside drive or 30 minute flight west of Kathmandu. It is famous for its lakes and its location beneath the towering Annapurna massif. It is highly recommendable to visit this scenic valley, stay in small resort hotels with views of the magnificent Himalayan peaks, go boating on the calm waters of the Phewa and the Begnas lakes or go on tours or day hikes in the nearby hills or if time permits, on a well organized trekking holiday.


Day 05 Pokhara


Morning Sunrise view is the highlight of Pokhara!

Early morning - Take an excursion to view Sunrise from Sarangkot ( weather permitting ).

Sarangkot is famous for the panoramic view of the Annapurna Himalayan range. Pokhara is beautiful but it still depends upon how we take and feel it, but to be sure Pokhara is god's gift and is rich in natural beauty in all the ways.
Then return to the hotel. Have your breakfast and then rest for some time. After lunch on own, leave for the sightseeing of Pokhara town, visiting Davi's fall, Bindyabasini temple, Old Pokhara Bazaar, Tibetan Camp. Finish it off by a boat cruise on the Fewa Lake.  Pokahra has a very nice nightlife around the lake. It is known for its nice clubs and pubs , which dot the lakeside. Some nice ones are BUSY BEE.

Pokhara also has a whole set of activities like Para Gliding, boating , cycling hand gliding etc. ( Need t be prebooked)

Day 06 Pokhara - Kathmandu - Delhi

Morning have breakfast, checkout and then in time transfer to the airport t board flight to Pokhara and then connect flight to Delhi .


Day 07 Leave Delhi   

Morning have breakfast in the hotel. Morning pre lunch is free for leisure activities.
Checkout of the hotel and then depart for the airport. Our representative will drop you at the airport.
