Highlights of the Tour:

This tour is designed to give you a unique experience of Tea plantations in South India. Besides tea plantation, you experience the wildlife richness of India, Backwaters, Houseboat Cruise & beaches of Kerela. Do not forget the famous Kerela Ayurvedic Massage!

Day 01: Arrival Cochin

Upon arrival in Cochin, meet our representative who will transfer you to the hotel.
In the afternoon, proceed on a sightseeing tour of Cochin. Visit the Jewish Synagogue. The structure was built in 1567, housing the Grand Scrolls of the Old Testament and the Dutch Palace, with its 17th century murals of the Ramayana. Also visit St. Francis' Church, where the Portuguese sailor Vasco da Gama was first buried. In the evening, attend Kathakali performance- a traditional dance of Kerala.
Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 02: Cochin - Munnar

After breakfast, drive to Munnar. Set at an altitude of 6000ft., Munnar is blessed by nature and is known for its scenic charm and breathtaking beauty. Located in the Idukki district of Kerala, Munnar is one of the major tourist destinations of Kerala.
Upon arrival in Munnar, check in to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 03: Munnar

Breakfast in the hotel. Visit of tea gardens. Overnight stay at the hotel..

Day 04: Munnar - Periyar

After breakfast, drive to Periyar. On arrival, check into the hotel. In the afternoon visit Lake Periyar to spot herds of Elephants. You will also get to see other animal species like leopard, wild dog, barking deer, mouse deer, Nilgiri langur (a primate), bonnet macaque, sambhar, porcupines, squirrels, gaur (Indian bison), wild boar and sloth bear etc.
Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 05: Periyar - Kumarakom

After breakfast, drive to Kumarakom. Upon arrival in Kumarakom, check in to the hotel. Kumarakom is a beautiful village on the Vembanad Lake in Kerala. The place is known for its exotic backwaters and exotic variety of flora and fauna.
Overnight Stay in the hotel.

Day 06: Kumarakom - Alleppey

After breakfast, drive to Alleppey and embark on to the houseboat. Enjoy your cruise in the backwaters while traversing the narrow canals and viewing the village life of Kerala. Alleppey or Alappuzha is a picturesque town dotted with canals, backwaters, beaches and lagoons. It is also known as the Venice of the East. Overnight on board the houseboat. 

Day 07: Alleppey - Kovalam

After breakfast,drive to Kovalam. Located on the shores of Arabian Sea, Kovalam is a beautiful beach town in the Kerala state of India. Kovalam houses number of golden sandy beaches, famous being the Light House Beach and the Hawah Beach.
Upon arrival, check in to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 08: Kovalam

Breakfast in the hotel. Today, the day is at leisure to relax on the beach or enjoy watersports activities like Parasailing, Snorkeling, Water Skiing, etc.
Overnight in the hotel.

Day 09: Kovalam - Trivandrum

Breakfast in the hotel. In time transfer to the Trivandrum airport to board flight for the onwards destination.
