Rajasthan was the
highlight of our monthlong trip in India ["Living Like Royalty in
Rajasthan," Oct. 5]. Like writer Elizabeth Pope, we booked with an
Indian tour company found on the Internet, selecting Concord Travels
and Tours (www.concordtravels.com). We were delighted by the
attention to detail and the overall quality of the services provided. We loved staying in maharajahs' palaces. Unlike the Popes, we had a wonderful experience at the Lake Palace Hotel in Udaipur. Rambagh Palace in Jaipur and Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur also are not to be missed. We avoided eating from the tired buffet dinners set out by the hotels for tourist groups. Instead, we ordered from the menus and ate family style. We also felt totally secure and safe throughout our trip. India is a trip of a lifetime. Fred and Marilee Karlsen Marina del Rey |

Greetings from Zhan Wang (Jane) in Beijing.Sorry for my belated appreciation letter.
We just past the Spring Festival, which is the NO. 1 important long holiday in China. A Chinese new year is started from this festival.
Looking back the year 2010, the experience in New Delhi is still so impressive. I remember it all as though it were yesterday. You and all your colleagues in Concord travel leave me very very beautiful memories. Now I am no longer the secretary of APKIC, but I will never forget the GA/SC event in New Delhi, which is so well organized with you all. You and all your colleagues in Concord travel leave me very very beautiful memories.

We finally made it home one day late after traveling 26 hours! It is nice to travel but it it also nice to be home sleeping in our own bed!!!
Sangita, we can not thank you enough for all of you wonderful help. We did not have one problem with all of the arrangements, all drivers, guides ect. they were where they we suppose to be at the correct time!! . You were extremely attentive to our needs and called us on a regular basis to make certain that everything was ok. You could not have done a better job Sangita!!!! Using an Indian travel agent was definitely the right choice. The beginning portion of our trip was also excellent but much less complex. All eight of us on that portion used the same Wooster, Ohio travel agent
If you need a reference to vouch for your excellent service we would be very happy to do so. You have my permission to use our name anytime!!
Again thank you so much for making our trip so wonderful Sangita. We also wish to thank, J.Diger, Monika and Harish for your help.

Dear Jagannath,
You and Concord Travels did a wonderful job in helping us to coordinate our itinerary. There were so many options as to how to spend our 3 weeks; but with your help, we feel we scheduled our time in the best possible way. Your recommendations on hotels were excellent and we appreciated all your other worthwhile suggestions.
We were very impressed with the guides and drivers. They were professional, efficient, pleasant and always on schedule. But what made our trip truly exceptional was your choice of Raj Ranjan to accompany us and be our guide for most of the trip. Raj is not only extremely knowledgeable but also charming, fun and able to handle any situation with poise and confidence. Our trip would not have been the same without him.
Again, our thanks to you and Concord Travels for your efforts and professionalism. We will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone planning a trip to "Incredible India".
Sorry for the delay in writing this letter, but It has taken us awhile to get back to our normal routine after our incredible trip to India.

SUBJECT: Trip Evaluation – Jagannath Diger
We had one leader in India - "Jagannath"; he made the entire hotel arrangements and arrangements for the excellent driver and local guides.
Overall, we rate our experience with Jagannath as "excellent" and deserving of the highest praise.
On our visit, he helped us understand not only the country and its cultural heritage, but, more importantly, he helped us understand the people of her country. We will never be able to ignore what is going on in India again, because he imbued us with such a deep feeling for what it means to live and work in India in just a short seven days!
Jagannath went the extra mile every day. When he was with us, he made sure that we understood what to expect each day for our expectations and our edification. He shared his personal self and love of his country with us continually. When he was not with us, he made sure to have a superior local guide available for us. "Raj" was our guide in Delhi, and he, too, was excellent. "Raz" was our guide in Agra, and he was very knowledgeable about the Islamic roots of the architecture and the cultural traditions.
Jagannath is truly a special person; Concord Travel is fortunate in having him as a representative. In conclusion, I would heartily recommend this trip to any one of my friends or acquaintances, if they were to ask.
