known as the Rat Temple. Enroute, visit Fort Pokhran. Arrive Jaisalmer in the
evening. Checkin at the hotel. Overnight at a hotel. DAY 10 C - SAND DUNES - KULDHARA
After breakfast start for Damodara for lunch via Beri of Kanoi. Place known
for water wells. Here you can see how the village ladies are balancing the
water pot on their head as well as the colorful dresses - ornaments. Damodara:
A traditional village of former Rajput kings, Apart from colorful costumes
also see mirror work.
After lunch reach Kuldhara: An abandoned Paliwal Brahmins village who fled
from 84 villages in one night due to the torture of then Prime minister.
Spend overnight at Kuldhara.
DAY 10 D - KULDHARA - JAISALMER
After breakfast leave for Jaisalmer via Moolsagar
and Amar Sagar, Moolsagar: A beautiful garden. Have Lunch at Amarsagar,
after wards proceed to Jaisalmer.
Day – 11: Jaisalmer-Jodhpur
With the adventure of the sand dunes behind, after breakfast depart for
Jodhpur (280-kms / 6 hr.). Arrive Jodhpur by late afternoon. Evening sightseeing
tour of Jodhpur to see the Mehrangarh Fortress & Umaid Bhavan Palace
museum, and Jaswant Thada. Overnight at the hotel.
Day – 12: Jodhpur-Ranakpur
Morning after breakfast, depart for Bishnoi safari- in the desert countryside.
Visit the Bishnoi village. Interact with the herdsmen, potters, weavers,
leather craftsmen and wildlife habitats. Drive to Ranakpur in the afternoon
(160-kms / 4 hr.). Arrival at Ranakpur in the evening. Checkin at the hotel.
Overnight at hotel.
Day – 13: Ranakpur-Udaipur
After breakfast depart for morning sightseeing tour of the beautiful Ranakpur
Jain temple Complex. Post lunch leave for Udaipur (96-kms / 3 hr.) in the
afternoon. Arrival at Udaipur in the evening. Checkin at the hotel and overnight
at hotel .
Day – 14: Udaipur
Morning sightseeing tour of the romantic city of Udaipur. Visit the City
Palace, Sahelion-ki-Bari, & Jagdish temple. Afternoon free for leisure
or for shopping. Overnight at hotel .
Day – 15: Udaipur - Delhi
Morning in time transfer to board the connecting flight to Delhi in the
morning from Udaipur. Arrive in Delhi and transfer to the hotel. Afternoon
free to be on own. Overnight in the hotel.
Day – 16: Leave Delhi -
Morning free to be on own. Checkout by 12 noon. Afternoon enjoy last minute
shopping or a sightseeing. Evening in time departure to the airport to board
the flight for onward journey.
